I managed to successfully create an effective QR-Code Attendance Register using the Google Form. The QR-Codes were provided to learners at school to monitor meals register, entering and leaving the school premisses as well as room allocation during the school camp.
Only assigned staff members can scan the QR-Codes using the mobile phones to monitor and manage learner activities.
